Description:
The Captiva is a magnificent vacation home located in the gated community of The Abbey.
The property has a large pool and spa that overlooks a natural wetland wildlife conservation area. Privacy during your stay has been enhanced by conifers on either side of the home.
Captiva has been equipped with upgrade furniture to give total comfort. The property has two master suites with queen beds, another with a double bed and two twin rooms (one with a Disney theme).
The main lounge area is bright and airy and benefits from the openness associated with a very high ceiling with entertainment such as TV/DVD player and Stereo/CD player as well as a pullout sleeper sofa. For our little guests we have 2 high chairs.
The two master suites have cable TVs as does the main downstairs lounge. There is secondary lounge upstairs which is an ideal vantage point for looking out onto the wildlife. The view is idyllic late in the evenings and at dawn. There is also a pullout sofa bed and you can watch all this from the comfort of this sofa bed.
Patio furniture in the lanai provides an ideal breakfast or dining area overlooking the pool with Spa (Jacuzzi) which can be lit at night to add that special atmosphere to your stay at the Captiva. For your convenience there is also a poolside bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar and stools and the dining room sits eight comfortably. A Home Alarm System (for Emergency) has been installed for your safety and convenience.
The games room is the perfect place to enjoy a bit of cost-free fun after a long day at the parks. With an air hockey table, dart board, and foosball table, you`re sure to find hours of enjoyment here!
Captiva is located 8 miles to the Disney World Entrance. The community is situated adjacent to Champions Gate with two golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter Academy. Please click on the photo to see more details.

"The home was very clean and just as you see on the internet. Our home had an issue with the pool heat and Florida Spirit not only jumped into action, but they actually moved us to another home right away. Their service was great and I still can't believe they upgraded/moved us. I have stayed in different rental homes were things don't go as planned and the landlords or rental agents aren't near as hospitable. Great service, clean house, great way to book, easy access. We will recommend Florida Spirit and plan to go back again. (Feb 14-21, 2009)
Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
