This Vacation Home was built in April 2003, next to the prestigious Champions Gate Golf Resort.
This home is built in a private gated community, which overlooks a conservation wetland/forest. Our location is only 10 minutes to Disney.
The Greg Norman 36 hole public golf course is across the street along with over 20 prime golfing spots in the area.
Shopping and dining is a mere two minutes away at the plaza.
Our villa is luxuriously designed to give you a holiday of a lifetime. We have a secluded and completely private pool (heating optional) and 7ft Jacuzzi (south-west facing to give you full amount of sun). Besides that, we have a large covered lanai (patio) for those who want shade!
Exquisitely furnished throughout, our fully air-conditioned home offers two master suites, one king & one queen both with en-suites and TVs, two twin bedrooms. The kitchen has everything for a carefree holiday with a separate utility/laundry room. All towels and linens are provided. The living room is spacious and open, which overlooks the pool and includes a magnificent lounge with queen-size sofa bed and large screen cable TV.

Everything was in good working order and shape, and we were just close enough to the attractions that brought us to Florida. The pool was awesome, so much so that we decided to take a day off from the parks and just hang by the pool, the next day when we pulled into Disney, my 4 year old nephew said "Dad, why are we here, can we go back to the pool at our house?" Really a great vacation, I have already recommended this home/company to friends. "This is the second year in the row we've stayed at the Cilbec. I tell all my co-workers that they are crazy if they're considering renting a hotel in Orlando.....renting a home from Florida Spirit Vacation Homes is the only way to go! We were 7 adults and loved the Cilbec even more this year than last. We visited 4 theme parks, drove to Cocoa beach twice to spend time at the ocean, went deep-sea fishing for the day, went to downtown Disney 2 nights and had fantastic shopping experiences at the Premium & Prime outlets as well as the Florida Mall. In between all this, we lounged and BBQ by our private pool and relaxed in our beautiful home. I have recommended this type of vacation to anyone who listens to me!" (April 30 thru May11, 2010)

Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
