The home is in a resort community that offers a community pool, volleyball, tennis, basketball and a playground for small children and is only minutes from the new ChampionsGate world-class golf resort and Walt Disney World.

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
