Description:
Tivoli Manor is a privately-owned gated community consisting of only 35 villas adjacent to the Westbury site. The Tivoli Manor villa consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms and was completed in September 2003. The pool is south facing with an extended deck. The pool overlooks an area of open countryside with orange groves and a local conservation lake area a short walk away.

Upgraded and extended pool area to 28ft x 14ft. with a jacuzzi spa (heating optional)
Covered lanai patio area with ceiling lighting

Bedrooms #3 and 4# have access to 3rd bathroom.

Fully fitted Kitchen has a range cooker, fridge and freezer with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher as well as a breakfast bar.
Screened Laundry Room contains washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Pool Area/Covered Lanai Patio Area is accessed from the family room and the master bedroom #1. The pool has underwater lighting and both the pool area and the sunbathing decking area have been upgraded and extended. The pool has optional gas pool heating. The covered lanai patio area has ceiling lighting. There is a patio table and chairs together with padded sun loungers and recliners. The whole area is tastefully screened to keep out unwanted visitors.
Due to the villa being centrally located in the heart of Florida all the major attractions are within an easy driving distance. Mickey Mouse and the Walt Disney World complex, SeaWorld, Wet ‘n Wild and the Universal Studios complex are 15 minutes away. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is only 30 minutes away.
With easy access to the Interstate-4 it makes it convenient to visit Busch Gardens, the Gulf Coast , Tampa, St Petersburg and Clearwater to the west and Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral to the east in about one hour.
Fast food outlets and petrol stations are situated two minutes away at the Highway 27 and Interstate four intersection while the restaurants, banks, pharmacy, supermarket and shops are situated less than a 10 minute drive away at Haines City and Champions Gate. The 192 route is a 15 minute drive away. Closer to the villa is an English pub which is a five minute walk away.

I rented this house in Florida as a Christmas present to my family with the hopes of coercing them all into going on vacation with me. First time ever to travel on vacation and not use local hotels. What a pleasant surprise, and one that my family and I have plans on repeating for hopefully many years to come. The house was perfect. It was clean, in a really good location and had all the amenities that you would need when travelling with young children. The pool and the hot tub were an added benefit. Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain Specials and Promotions, please refer to the Special Terms when reserving a home with a Special or Discount.
