Description:
This gorgeous home, known as Bishop`s Court, is located in one of Central Florida`s exclusive gated communities close to Walt Disney World and next to ChampionsGate with two Greg Norman designed golf courses and home to David Leadbetter Academy world headquarters.
The home overlooks a nature conversation area with a large wetland offering wonderful views of the bird life, particularly roosting in the evenings.
Bishops Court sleeps 12 with 5 bedrooms, two with en-suites, a loft lounge with TV and a sofa bed that sleeps two, and a balcony providing the perfect breakfast area with glorious views over the conservation area.
The two master bedroom suites each offer a king-size bed, one downstairs and one upstairs. Both master en-suites have large corner baths and walk-in showers big enough for a party!
The downstairs master bedroom has access to the lanai and pool via its patio doors. There is also a double bedroom with a queen size bed and two further twin bedrooms.
All rooms are light and airy, but the lounge is exceptional with its cathedral ceiling and access to the lanai and pool area through patio doors. It contains an entertainment unit with TV, DVD/CD player and films. The dining area abuts the kitchen with a breakfast bar and two bar stools. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and also has access to the lanai through a set of patio doors. All patio doors into the pool area have child alarms. The kitchen has all amenities including a teapot.
The utility area has a large washer and dryer with a door to the air-conditioned double garage.
Outside a large covered pool with extended decking has space for loungers all round, so the sun worshipper can maximise their tan! There is also a Jacuzzi and a cabana bath and shower. The large patio table creates an outdoor dining area with chairs and loungers for 12.

"This was a long time planned Merekas family reunion. The Merekas family lived in Endicott NY. Our Greek Grandparents, Yaya and Papo, had five daughters, four of which married and had children. We cousins and children of the four Greek daughters started having reunions a few years back. It was our hope that we would remember and know each other throughout our lives and that our children would also know the each other. It is not an easy thing to remain united when distance is so great. We planned this, our third reunion for Thanksgiving in Orlando for quite awhile. Our reunion consisted of the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren of the Greek sisters, and we were lucky to have one remaining Greek sister with us. At 91, Teddy (Theodora) was a joy to have at our Thanksgiving reunion. She resides in New Orleans and along with her son was displaced for a long time from their homes due to Katrina. (....cont. above) The family members traveled from all over the country, Endicott NY, Chicago IL, Tucson AZ, New Orleans LA, Miami, Gainesville and Tampa Fl. Our stay in your homes was fabulous. We all met at Bishop’s Court to eat and we had so much fun. Everyone was impressed with how lovely the homes were and that there was room for all of us to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner together. Wednesday night, we planned Greek night and had Greek foods and desserts that we brought with us and haven't had in awhile. It was wonderful to remember back to the days of our Greek Grandparents and our Greek Mothers when we cousins were just children. We plan to have reunions every 18 months and would gladly come back to Orlando again in the future.

I just wanted to let you know as our first visit to America,spending 2 weeks at Bishops Court was the very best house we could have had.It is beautiful in a lovley setting and contains everthing anybody could posible want.

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
