This luxury 2004 constructed three bedroom, two bathroom property is situated in a quiet gated community called The Sanctuary. The villa features a large, open plan living space, incorporating a dining area and fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating. It also has its own screened and heated swimming pool, (with no properties backing on), featuring an extended deck area for those lazy days around the pool.
Sunshine Oasis is situated just 10 minutes from the Disney World theme parks, and just two miles from ChampionsGate Golf Resort and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Less than an hours drive from Florida`s beaches on the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, and 30 minutes from Orlando airport.
The master suite has a queen size bed and also contains a 19 “TV. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a large Roman bathtub, extra large shower room and his & hers vanity units. The master suite also boasts its own walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three comprising two twin beds. A mix ideal for most family needs.
There is a spacious lounge/family area with a sofa (queen size sleeper sofa), cable TV, DVD player, Nintendo game Cube and a CD/Radio/Cassette player. The dining area joins both the lounge and kitchen. The Kitchen includes a range, microwave and refrigerator/freezer with automatic icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. In the utility room you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
For those who are more energetic the villa has its own screened swimming pool, with a children`s safety screen; and for those less energetic the extended deck area features a table with chairs and loungers for you to soak up the sun and just watch.
Enjoy a beautiful sunset as you relax by the pool, this is the time to create memories that will last forever!

For this trip we decided to invite my sister and mother as well, so we wanted a better solution for lodging. Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
