The villa was completed in May 2004! Situated only 12 Minutes from Disney and surrounded by many golf courses, this villa will make the perfect vacation!
The Carlton has 4 bedrooms, featuring 2 master-suites which are similar in size, making it ideal for 2 families. Each has walk in closets, clock radio, hair dryer and color cable TV. The en-suites have shower/tub and each have direct access to the shaded lanai and pool area. The 2 further bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom. A crib, highchair and baby monitor are provided free of charge.
The villa has an extended south facing pool and deck area. The Carlton also offers a privacy fence. If you need to escape the hot Florida sunshine you can relax under the shaded lanai. Removable pool fencing is provided for your children`s safety. This can easily be stored away if not required, but will provide peace of mind for families with young children playing in the pool area.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, which over looks the family room and dinning room. The family room has cable TV, VCR, DVD player, Hi Fi Stereo System and a PlayStation 2 system. There is also a game room which features a 7 foot Pool Table, Electronic Darts and an Air Hockey Table. We have also added a computer with dial up connection, so that you can check your emails when you are with us.
If you need to escape from all this activity, enter the luxuriously furnished living room, located at the front of the house. It is ideal for those wanting to relax in peace and quiet.

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
