Orlando Oasis
A brand new beautiful home completed in October 2004! Orlando Oasis is sited in the prestigious Calabay Parc gated community, only minutes from Disney World, other main attractions and theme parks. There are plenty of shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants positioned close by, on the 192 and International Drive. Orlando International Airport is roughly 35 minutes away. Furthermore, it is conveniently situated near to approximately 20 golf courses, including the Champions Gate Championship Golf Course and is in a great location for fishing.
This magnificent home is elegantly decorated and enhanced to make your holiday as perfect as possible. The villa is a detached property and is fully air-conditioned. It is equipped with everything that you would want and has additional upgrades that you might not have even hoped for! It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). The main master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a view of the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has the added extravagance of a large bath with whirlpool jets. The perfect way to relax after hard days walking around the various theme parks.
The second master bedroom also has the extra benefit of an en-suite bathroom. Ideal if 2 families are holidaying together.
The third and fourth bedrooms are both twin rooms and share an additional bathroom. The twin room has a playstation 2 with games for the children`s use. All bathrooms have bath and shower facilities.
The family room is at the centre of the villa, giving direct access to the pool area through double patio doors. It is a spacious and comfortable room including 3 leather sofas, which is easily enough seating for 8 people. One of the sofas converts into a double bed, enabling extra sleeping facilities to accommodate 10 people. There is also a 29 inch colour television with cable TV.
The tastefully styled dining area seats 8 people and is placed at the front of the house.
The large open plan kitchen is completely serviced to meet all dining needs. A telephone is also provided with free local calls.
The utility room has full laundry facilities including a large washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
The pool area is entirely screened and incorporates a child protection fence. The decking is extended for sunbathing and is furnished by plush sun loungers and a patio-dining suite. The pool itself has the added luxury of a hot tub/spa. For convenience there are full bathroom amenities by the poolside.

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
