Woodland View is a magnificent home, situated on a conservation lot, with a massive 3028 square feet of space in which to relax and enjoy sunny Florida. Woodland View has its own extended private swimming pool, with spa and waterfall (heating optional). The pool backs onto woodland and not to other homes!
Woodland View, which was completed at the end of Nov. 2004, includes 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living/family rooms and an additional loft area. The home has been luxuriously designed and furnished throughout to ensure your stay is perfect. We have also added a Playstation 2 for your use.
Woodland View is located in the exclusive & private Windwood Bay community which neighbours the Champions Gate Golf Course (designed by Greg Norman and the David Ledbetter Golf Academy). It is only ten minutes from Disney World, (six miles), five minutes from Interstate 4, other entertainment parks & numerous first class golf courses are all 10-20 minutes away.

"This was our second time staying in one of your florida spirit homes. We love the Windwood bay community and we love the homes. We had 12 of us and it was so nice not being scrunched in hotel room. Stepping right outside your back door to the pool is wonderful. There was everything in the kitchen you would ever hope for. Now everyone wants to find a bigger home for the next time because they want to bring their friends."

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
