Latest Generation of American Pool Homes. 3,800 sq ft inc. Games/Fitness Room, 6 Bedrooms, 4.5 Bathrooms. Pool has extended deck and overlooks conservation/woodland area making it a very private vacation home. The pool also has a shallow paddling area for children. It is on the largest lot in Windwood Bay, just 10 minutes from Disney and 3 minutes from Champions Gate with its magnificent golf courses.
Everything has been planned to make this a very special home. There are 3 Master Bedroom suites, one twin room and a very special children`s bedroom which has Disney murals on all walls specially painted by a local artist. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished and all have TVs and DVD players.
Downstairs there is a luxurious dining and living room with a family room and kitchen with nook area overlooking the beautiful heated pool and spa. There is a 57 TV in here with a DVD player with a selection of DVDs for your use.
The Bedrooms (all with TVs and DVD Players) are:
1 Master Bedroom with a magnificent King size 4 poster bed (a massive 23ft x 18ft room)
2 further ensuite bedrooms with Queen size beds
1 Den/Bedroom with Queen size bed and separate comfortable seating area. (Also with VCR)
1 Twin room (with Palm Tree murals on walls)
1 Children`s Disney Room with bunk beds and a single/trundle bed (sleeping 4 in total). This also has a Sony Playstation 2 with some games and also books. They also have a large TV/DVD player and VCR. The outstanding feature in this room is the unique and specially commissioned murals on all walls. Children will fall in love with this room!
Pool and spa(heating optional) with extended deck area providing a choice of shade or sun. Loungers and chairs and tables.
The Game Room/Fitness Room has a brand new Pool Table, a foossie table, dartboard, treadmill, multigym and exercise bike. Also here is a TV and a bar with stools.
Family Room with comfortable leather sectional sofa and 57 TV with DVD player with selection of DVDs.
Full fitted kitchen with appliances.
Separate laundry room upstairs with full size washer and dryer.

The house is very private and overlooks conservation/ancient wooded area housing many animals and birds and is on the largest lot of Windwood Bay. Although the house sleeps 12-14, we feel that there are areas to suit everyone. Whatever you want to do on your vacation - catching up with news with family and friends, go for a swim or work-out before breakfast, have lunch by the pool, or after a day at the theme parks have a game of pool with a beer, watch a DVD or sit quietly in the den with a book, it`s here! What a terrific vacation! My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary, by taking our children, children-in-law and seven grandchildren to Disney world. A new grandchild will be born in less than two months! The house was very roomy for a crowd of fifteen people. The pool was terrific, and the closeness to all the theme parks was fabulous! We would definitely do this again!

It was most enjoyable. I stayed at the Woodlands in 1995 and had a wonderful experience. Although our family liked the floor plan of the Woodlands, our accommodations at the Brooklands were very comfortable. We liked the pool area very much and the entire vacation was very relaxing.
The closeness to Disney World was also a big plus. I have had two very positive experiences with Florida Spirit and I would certainly consider additional vacations in the Orlando area and I would certainly make my reservations thru Florida Spirit. The "Brooklands" was a wonderful house to have a family reunion with the 6 bedrooms. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the amentites of home. After a day of golf or theme parks, the pool was very refreshing with the screened in porch to keep away the bugs. It also was nice having ceramic tile on first floor with access to the pool. Makes keeping things tidy much easier !!! There was an amazing amount of TV's and movies/games if any one wanted to just hang out at the house. Being so close to the grocery store,theme parks and golf courses was a plus !! Would definetely recommend it to anyone with a large family or get together. Daryle & Kathy Wall

Our family had the best time staying in your beautiful vacation rental! The pool was the most used "room" - since we were traveling with two toddlers, the safety gate and the small shallow area in the pool were especially appreciated. The house was very spacious and comfortable - big rooms that we could all get together at once, and enough rooms that we could all have our own alone time. On top of all of that, the drive to Disney could not have been easier or shorter - it never took us more than 15 minutes to get there. After staying in a 200 sq foot hotel room right before we arrived at this 3000+sq foot house, there is absolutely no comparison - no more hotels for us on extended vacations!

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain Specials and Promotions, please refer to the Special Terms when reserving a home with a Special or Discount.
