This Vacation Home is know as Pelican Palms in Calabay Parc.
This beautifully furnished villa is situated in a quiet yet central position on the prestigious community of Calabay Parc. Our villa is our home away from home which we consider a comfortable HOME, not just a rental. We have tried to think of everything that would be needed while on holiday. We are confident that you will love our home as much as we do. Here is a full description of the villa:
There is a spacious lounge/family area with a bed-settee, sofa, 32 Inch Flatscreen TV with DVD, with access to the pool area. The dining area joins both the lounge and kitchen. The Kitchen includes a range, microwave and refrigerator/freezer with automatic icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. In the utility room you`ll find a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, en-suite with a large Roman bath, his & hers basins, separate toilet and large walk-in closets. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, color TV, and walk-in closets. The third bedroom has two twin beds.
All bed linen and towels are supplied. The large patio at the rear of the property has a ceiling fan, lights and patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a pool screen for childrens’ safety and a deck side WC. The large pool has a water feature, underwater lighting and is maintained on a weekly basis. The homeowners have also recently had SOLAR POOL HEAT installed, which works side by side with the electric pool heater to make this one of the warmest and most energy efficient pools we have to offer!

"This was one of the nicest vacations that we have had in Florida. The home was like a home away from home. We decided it was the best way to go. Our grandchildren loved it as well. The first thing they did was head for the pool. Each bedroom had a TV that helped since we all liked watching something different.
We were unable to get our key when we first arrived and had to call the office of Florida Spirit. Someone was out within ten minutes to give us another key. The next day another person came out to repair the lock box. Everyone was very nice. We would definitely rent another Florida Spirit home the next time we are in the area."

We loved our stay at Pelican Palms! We arrived late in the evening after a long drive. My husband opened the door, turned to me with a grin and said, "sweet!" The home was much nicer than any hotel we have stayed in. Every thing we could have wanted was there: from soap to a corkscrew. The kids loved the pool. We loved the extra space. Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
