Sunnier Bet is a beautiful brand new luxurious villa situated in the prestigious gated community of The Hamlets at West Haven with its own tennis courts and childrens play area. It features four beautifully furnished bedrooms with en suite facilities and TV’s/DVD’s/Cable. The spacious living room is complete with comfortable sofas and entertainment centre with large TV (cable), DVD and CD player/Radio. There are two separate dining areas: one with a family dining table that comfortably seats eight, the other is a breakfast table, seating four, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen. Everything you will need to self cater is provided including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and large American fridge freezer with ice and cold water dispenser. A large washer and separate dryer are provided in the laundry room and there is also a large double garage and ample off road parking. Patio doors open onto the pool area and the lovely private heated pool is fully-screened and also has a safety fence. The large covered lanai has a ceiling fan to keep you cool and patio table and chairs for shaded dining. If you prefer to relax in the sun, the pool deck has luxury loungers and access to a bathroom with shower and toilet…. perfect for the kids! The house is fully air-conditioned/heated, with ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms. The Hamlets is ideally situated: close to Exit 58 of I-4, 15 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and within easy access of all major routes around central Florida.

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
