Description:
Welcome to “Roses” our comfortable, air conditioned family home, located in the new High Gate Park development.
On arrival make yourselves at home in the light, airy accommodation which has been furnished to a high, stylish standard. Roses is set out with family and friends in mind with bedrooms close enough for children to feel at ease yet giving privacy when holidaying with friends. There are two master bedrooms both with ensuite facilities, TV and telephone points. Two further bedrooms are fitted with twin beds and tvs with décor to delight adults as well as children. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge if you are looking to sleep 10 people.
The spacious, well equipment kitchen includes a self-cleaning oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice and cold-water dispenser. There is also a washer dryer for your convenience.
The dining area has seating for eight people so meals can be enjoyed together if you wish. There is additional seating outside under the shaded lanai. This area has a ceiling fan and would be ideal for enjoying your breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice or sipping a cocktail whilst watching the setting sun!
The lounge with its vaulted ceiling is tastefully furnished and overlooks the pool. It has plenty of seating should you choose to relax inside. For your entertainment there is a 32” cable TV, DVD, stereo and PS2.
The patios doors, from the lounge and the main master bedroom, open onto an extended, screened patio area, which is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers and has a south facing aspect. A poolside bathroom is available for your convenience. The pool, which is floodlit, will be a hit with both children and adults alike. It also features a spa where you can unwind and enjoy a cool drink whilst keeping an eye on the children splashing around in the pool. What better way to round off a hectic day enjoying all that Florida has to offer!

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
