Description:
Located merely 10 minutes from Disney Property, in a quiet gated community, our spacious four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa offers a perfect magical atmosphere for your family’s vacation. Only minutes from Champion’s Gate golf resort, shopping and restaurants.
The master bedroom suite offers a king size bed with TV and VCR, two sizeable closets and bathroom suite offering separate oversized stall shower, deep corner bathtub, dual sinks and separate water closet.
Private second bedroom offers a queen size bed,TV with DVD player and X-Box Game System ample closet space and private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Guest/children’s suite offers two smaller bedrooms each containing two twin beds, closets and dressers, separated by a Jack & Jill bathroom featuring privacy door for tub/shower and toilet facilities with remaining access to sink area.
Socially conducive living room/kitchen/dining area offers plenty of open space. Living room sports two leather couches, television, DVD, VCR nintendo game cube and stereo system. Kitchen counter offers breakfast bar seating, conversation sink facing living room area and dining table for a family meal. Kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven, electric stove, dishwasher, in-sink food disposal, coffee maker, full set of cookware, dishes, glasses, flatware, and small appliances, all the comforts of home.
Enclosed rear patio offers both sun and shade, is accessible by sliding glass patio doors from both living room and master bedroom, is partially covered and fully furnished with plenty of seating and dining area, outdoor shower, full-size in-ground pool (heating available) with attached spa and a half bath located poolside. Not immediately backed up to another residence and off-set with next-door neighbor, privacy is abound. In home laundry facilities include full size washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Room for four cars in driveway.
All televisions have cable hook-up. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. All linens and towels on premises. Central Air conditioning and heating. Fully alarmed plus has a child safety alarm on the sliding patio doors to the pool.

"Our stay was wonderful! The family really enjoyed the home and all the amenities. Even our 89 year old grandmother enjoyed her stay. Especially the pool and the game room. The location was excellent! The parks were wonderful. We plan to make this an annual gathering for our family.

"We were eight adults from 4 states coming together for the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was beautifully appointed and the kitchen surprisingly well equipped. The oven has a timed setting so on Thanksgiving day we went to Animal Kingdom and arrived back at the house at 7:00 to a perfectly roasted turkey. It rained one of the days of our stay and it was nice to come back and be able to dry our clothes in the full size machine. We never had any issue with enough hot water even though we used the washer, dishwasher and showers in quick succession. If anything, the house was just too nice. With all the attractions in the surrounding area we just did not get to spend enough time enjoying the pool and game room. We will have to plan an "at home" day in our next vacation. We will definitely stay in one of your homes again.

"This was the first time our whole family has met for vacation and we are going to make it an annual event. This time we only had one grandchild, but each year we expect to have more so the need to have a lot of room will be important. The home we "borrowed" was perfect! Everyone had their own space, we started each day with a home-cooked breakfast before heading to Disney. The money we saved eating in more than made up for the cost of the rental, which was still cheaper than 3 hotel rooms. The Fantasia home was beautiful! It had everything we needed and more! We will definitely choose a Florida Spirit home again and only wish you had homes in Gatlinburg for next year's destination! Thank you from the Watkins family!" (June 15 - June 19, 2010)
Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
