Description:
Sevilla is a brand new two-story four bedroom home with a private pool and spa on the prestigious Sandy Ridge development only 15 minutes away from Disney World.
The house itself is on a conservation plot with views out to woodland at the rear. There are four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a private screened pool and spa. The house has been furnished to a very high standard and benefits from upgraded furniture, airconditioner throughout and pool and spa heating should you want it.
There are 2 master bedroom suites (one King and one Queen) with en-suite facilities and a further two twin-bedded rooms with a shared family bathroom. All the bedrooms offer very generous storage spaces or walk-in closets and are equipped with a TV with cable channels and a DVD player that will play discs from anywhere in the world.
Entertainment in the living area is provided by a flat widescreen TV with cable channels, a DVD surround sound system and a further DVD recorder. Bring your own DVDs from any region and relax on the suede sofas.
The dining area will seat six people in comfort. The kitchen is very well equipped with verything you`ll need to cook a meal including a large fridge with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a large oven, a microwave oven and all the other electronic appliances you`d expect. Alternatively you could use any of the phones in the house to call for a delivery! Off the kitchen there is a utility room offering the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer should you require them during your stay.
Sevilla is well located, very close to the luxury resort of Reunion, Celebration and Champion`s Gate with its two 18-hole championship golf courses. The whole of the Orlando area is easily accessible thanks to the proximity of the I-4 and the SR-17. Journey time to Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 30 minutes. Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) and Tampa International Airport (TPA) are both about an hours drive away.
Champion`s Gate is about four miles away and in addition to the golfing facilities, there is a supermarket (Publix) and a drugstore (Walgreens). There are also several dining options including two fast food outlets (McDonalds and Subway), a Chinese restaurant and both French and Italian restaurants. There are also 4 Wal-Mart stores within 10 miles and a Dennys just five minutes away.

. The heated pool and jacuzzi was great. We will consider renting again. We had
the best time weve had in orlando ever.

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
