New England is a superb newly built (Oct 05) stylish and elegant 4-bedroom 3 bathroom Villa, which boasts two separate reception rooms. A spacious family room with TV DVD Video and Hi-Fi and a quite lounge which gives you the opportunity to sit and relax without the TV and/or the kids after all of the fun and excitement of visiting Disney parks and attractions theme parks and attractions
Alternatively just unwind in the extra large heated, floodlit pool with its relaxing and invigorating integral Spa. Tables, chairs and sun loungers are provided for your pleasure.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped (Cooker Microwave Fridge and Dishwasher) with an adjacent dining area for your convenience. There is also a separate laundry room with large washer and Tumble drier.
The property provides you with two master bedrooms, a deluxe king and queen bedroom both on-suite with TV and DVDs. The remaining two Bedrooms contain two twin (single) beds both having use of a dedicated TV, DVD and Play stations, for those of you who enjoy those crazy computer games.
Should you wish to increase the sleeping arrangements, there are two twin (single) rollaway beds provided. The house is certainly large enough to accommodate 10 people, unlike many properties you will view.

Alternatively it’s only a 7 minute drive to Highway 192 with its endless array of restaurants, shops.
New England is a superb private home from home, with just everything included to ensure a wonderful vacation. All you need is your “toothbrush”.

"This is the first time we ever rented a vacation home and it will definitely not be our last! The house was really nice but of course we the pool was the best part! The staff is also awesome! If we had any issues- they took care of it right away! The home was very clean and it had everything we needed. It was like our home away from home. I highly recomend renting a home if you have children. You are not cramped up in a hotel room. We went to 7 amusement parks in 11 days and if you ask my kids what was their favorite part about their vacation they will tell you swimming at the house! My husband just returned from Iraq and this house made it a very relaxing vacation! I plan on renting this home at least once a year!!!!"

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
