Description:
This gorgeous home, known as Shrea, is located in Calabay Parc, one of Central Florida’s exclusive communities close to Walt Disney World and ChampionsGate, where you can find nice restaurants, shop for groceries and play at Greg Norman’s signature Golf Courses.
The pool area backs up to conservation land offering wonderful privacy.
Shrea has been decorated and furnished throughout with superior quality fittings.
All rooms are light and airy; when entering the house the view across the large main living area takes you through the patio doors to the pool area. There is a separate dining area furnished with table and 6 chairs in addition to an open-plan kitchen with bar and breakfast nook. The kitchen is supplied with all amenities. The main living area has a large TV and DVD player and the Family Room/Den has a comfortable sleeper sofa with TV & DVD player.
Shrea sleeps 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bath. The master bedroom downstairs offers a large king size bed, TV, large ensuite facilities and has access to the pool area. There is a second master bedroom downstairs with access to main bathroom, queen size bed and TV.
Upstairs there is a 3rd master with a large ensuite, walk in closet, queen size bed and TV; two twin-bedded rooms,one with TV, main bathroom and loft area with a study table and chair.
The utility area has a large washer and dryer facility with access to the double car garage.
Outside the L-shaped pool with spa welcomes much fun-time for children with plenty of space for sun bathing plus shaded area for lounging or dining around the table. (Pool furniture supplied including safety fence for young children.) There is a pool side toilet and shower .

""We have used Florida Spirit homes several times. Each and every time has been wonderful!! This home was awesome. My husband and I have 9 children, this home provided plenty of room and a separate place for my husband and me as the master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms. The pool was wonderful, and the kids were kept busy in the game room. We enjoyed exploring the nature that we encountered walking around in the undeveloped area behind the home. The directions to the house were very percise and the home was very easy to find. The convenience of the lock box with the key was wonderful due to our late check in (8:30 p.m.).
