Description:
The Shamrock is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home, which is located on the prestigious gated community of Highgate park which is 12 minutes from Disney Theme Parks, and with several golf courses including the renowned Champions gate Golf resort nearby, as well as the Atlantic and Gulf Coast with their beautiful sandy beaches are within easy reach.
This Holiday home is has 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms and it is beautifully furnished to the highest standard. It offers spacious and comfortable living accommodation; it can sleep up to 10 people (Great for family groups). There is a fully equipped kitchen which is open plan to the living and dining room areas. A very modern kitchen that includes a luxury fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and several other appliances. A breakfast bar with stools and an open plan dining area.
The living area has a bright and airy feel due to the cathedral ceiling and the living area houses the entertainment centre which offers a cable TV, DVD, CD player and a play station 2 system complete with games.
There is sliding door access from living room area and master bedroom that leads you to the Lanai with a ceiling fan and extended Sun Deck where you can relax or dine poolside on the deck furniture and listen to the waters from the raised Spa cascading into the large pool. There is plenty of room to sunbathe and has sun loungers and table & chairs. It captures the sun all day long, bit it also has a large shady lanai for those who want to keep cool, a perfect place for a relaxing and totally private vacation as the pool area is not overlooked.
The Master bedroom has an American King-Size bed, 21” TV with cable, the en-suite bathroom has his and hers basins, a huge shower and a large oval tub with separate WC and walk in closet.
The Queen sized bedroom has cable TV with en-suite bathroom. The twin bedrooms are both complete with TV and a shared bathroom.
There is a separate laundry facility with a large washing machine and a tumble dryer.
At the front of the house there is a pleasant well looked after garden with a double garage attached to the house.

"Oh my!!!!!! Your company had experienced a terrible tragedy on the day we'd planned to check in to our 5 bdrm, 3 bath home. Apparently, the previous tenants had trashed the home pretty badly. You associates were so committed in helping continue with our previous plans until they offered to house us in 2-4 bedrm houses instead of the one 5 bdrm house. Now, I thought that was quite generous of them to do that! It just seemed as though they wanted to make sure our stay would be a pleasant, and boy did they get 5 stars for that! We were more than pleased and have passed the name of the company on to our many, many friends for future bookings!!!! Great job!!! Thanks!!!!!" (July 12 – July 18, 2010)
Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
