Welcome to “Coupe De Ville” this tastefully decorated, air conditioned family home, which is located on the new prestigious development at Highgate Park.
Imagine arriving at your own private luxury villa, where you can relax and recover from your journey in the light and airy accommodation which has all the comforts of home but with much, much more! The accommodation allows for up to ten people. The Master bedroom features a king size bed and Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, both with TV’s and DVD players. Two further bedrooms with twin beds, ideal for children or young adults. Both twin rooms have TV’s and Play Station/DVD player. There is also a queen sized sofa bed in the family room.
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen offers all the essential appliances in addition to a self cleaning oven, ceramic hob, integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The dining area has seating for eight people - meals can either be taken in air conditioned comfort, or outside on the shaded lanai. This area has a ceiling fan for added comfort.
The family room has a vaulted ceiling and enough comfortable seating for everyone, and looks directly onto the pool. For your entertainment- if the sun and the theme parks are not enough, there is a large screen TV with cable, DVD player and music system.
The patio doors from both the family room & the master suite lead onto an extended lanai, with a fully screened pool, with patio tables, chairs and sun loungers. The pool has a south facing aspect looking onto a conservation area so you will only be over looked by Mother Nature. It also features a spa where you can revive those tired limbs, while the children splash around in the pool, I can not think a better way to finish off another perfect Florida day can you?

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
