Nirvana is our brand new (August 2006) 4 bed roomed, 3 bathroom executive villa on the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park set beside protected woodland and orange groves giving an “away from it all feeling“ yet still easily accessible to all that Orlando has to offer. Community leisure facilities include a children’s play area and tennis courts - we supply the racquets and balls.
We have personally chosen the furniture and decoration to provide your stay with the comfort levels and style you deserve. Sleeping up to 10 in two Queen size and two Twin bedrooms with two extra rollaway beds, all have top range mattresses and high quality cotton bedding to give you a great night’s sleep. Each bedroom has cable television with one of the twin rooms having a PS2 with some of the latest games to keep the kids amused. The spacious master suite has a large walk-in closet and it’s en-suite bathroom has his and hers inset hand basins, a hairdryer, a large walk in shower, corner bath and separated toilet. To get your day started there is a radio alarm clock.
The large vaulted ceiling family room has plenty of comfortable seating; a 32” flat screen high definition cable television, DVD player, music stereo and a collection of board and card games. There is also an elegant dining area complete with a large table and 6 chairs and two bar stools which are situated next to the fully equipped kitchen which offers all the essential appliances in addition to a fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, integrated microwave and self-cleaning oven and hob. There is a table for four in the breakfast nook and for our younger guests there is a high chair and character dinner sets to make meal times even more special.
The great room overlooks the extended fully screened lanai. Out here there is plenty of room for relaxing by the pool where there is a full set of quality furniture including a large table and chairs for family meals ‘al fresco‘ cooked on the gas barbeque.
Whether your holiday is going to be a white-knuckle ride adventure, a golfing pilgrimage, a beachcomber’s paradise or just a lazy sun worshiping one we are sure Nirvana will provide you with holiday villa heaven.

"Oh my!!!!!! Your company had experienced a terrible tragedy on the day we'd planned to check in to our 5 bdrm, 3 bath home. Apparently, the previous tenants had trashed the home pretty badly. You associates were so committed in helping continue with our previous plans until they offered to house us in 2-4 bedrm houses instead of the one 5 bdrm house. Now, I thought that was quite generous of them to do that! It just seemed as though they wanted to make sure our stay would be a pleasant, and boy did they get 5 stars for that! We were more than pleased and have passed the name of the company on to our many, many friends for future bookings!!!! Great job!!! Thanks!!!!!" (July 12 – July 18, 2010)

We had a great time and everything went well! We enjoyed our stay and we had sun all day at the pool -we also enjoyed the large pool deck-most of the other home had small decks and the occupants were almost sitting on top of each other to be in the sun.
The tv's in every room were great- we did a lot of cooking and the kitchen appliances and dishes and cutlery met all our needs
I would certainly recommend this home to my friends and relatives

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
