Description:
Lake View is nestled in the conservation area of Sandy Ridge, overlooking a tranquil lake and woodland. This new two-storey executive villa with private heated pool is perfect for a relaxing family holiday and as a base to visit Orlando’s many top attractions.
As you’ll see from the pictures, this villa is tastefully decorated and luxuriously furnished throughout. It is fully air conditioned with the added extra of large ceiling in the lounge and all 4 bedrooms.
With 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, including 2 en-suites, this house can comfortably sleep 10. There’s also a cot provided if needed.
The first master bedroom has a Queen size bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, clock radio, large walk in closet, and hairdryer and en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, large walk in shower and WC.
The second master bedroom is similarly equipped but with a single vanity unit and large closet. The remaining two bedrooms have two single beds each, either a large or walk in closet, ceiling fan, clock radio and cable TV.
The lounge has a cable TV, a VCR, DVD player, CD player, phone with free local calls and Play station 2 games console.
The dining room is furnished with a large hardwood Dining room a chair.
The large screened area has a child safety barrier, table, cushioned chairs, recliners and ceiling fans. After the excitement of Disney, Epcot, Universal, Sea World and Bush Gardens- Lake View is the ideal family home to relax and recharge the batteries by the pool.

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
