The villa is very conveniently located, only 50 yards from the clubhouse amenities. The homes floor plan features the egreat roomf concept with living room, dining room, & kitchen in a large common area that is a very open & spacious with high ceilings and ceramic tile throughout. It has four bedrooms, two of which are master suites with king size beds and private bathrooms and two bedrooms with twin beds that share a third full bathroom. The great room looks out onto the pool area and hot tub.
The villa benefits from an upgraded furniture package including a large screen TV, CD player and Playstation for the children.

First, and foremost- we have stayed in this complex TWICE before, but used a different rental company. I can honestly say, Florida Spirit is the ONLY company will use form NOW ON! Our original trip was scheduled the week of Christmas. Our son broke both bones in his fore arm a week before we were scheduled to arrive. Due to the severity of the breaks, he would not be allowed to go on any jarring rides, or swim in the pool. While we were well aware of the cancellation policy, Florida Spirit was EXTREMELY flexible and accommodating in allowing us to re-schedule our trip to a later date. This meant a GREAT deal to us, as our son is 16, and attends a private school. Therefore, his schedule, and that of our daughter, (who is in public school), never coincide. This was our ONE family vacation, and we were fortunate enough to be able to enjoy it at a later date.

"We just got back Tuesday night and wanted to send an email to let you know we had a blast at the Windsor Palm House (known as the Disney House by my grandkids). The house was immaculate, beds comfy and once the pool heat was turned down it was perfect to swim in. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks again for a perfect getaway." Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain Specials and Promotions, please refer to the Special Terms when reserving a home with a Special or Discount.
