This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa, brand new for 2007, is situated in the attractive gated community of Highgate Park. It is superbly furnished to a high standard and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share, being able to accommodate up to 10 adults and has its own private south facing screened pool and spa.
Our luxury spacious 2100 sq ft Villa comes complete with all the expected modern amenities including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, 5 televisions, DVD player, and a luxury south facing large screened heated spa and pool.
The entire villa is fully AIR CONDITIONED/HEATED and in addition there are ceiling fans in the great room, Master bedroom and on the covered lanai.
The pool is set on an extended pool deck and is enclosed by a screen which ensure that insects and leaves cannot get in but the sun rays can. The covered lanai / porch has plenty of luxury pool furniture and offers excellent shade, whilst the extended south facing pool deck and pool ensures that sun-lovers have sun all day. There is also a gated child safety screen to the pool which can be removed if not required

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
