Be it soaking in the spa bath or sunning by the private pool our executive villa has it all.
Just 10 minutes from all the major attractions and 1 mile from Greg Normans Champion’s Gate golf course you can just relax or go visit Mickey and his friends.
West haven is ideally situated for a holiday in Florida being close to the intersection of US27 and interstate 4. There is easy access to Orlando International Airport only 25 minutes away, 1 hour for Sanford,
We are 10 minutes from the gates of Disney, Kennedy Space Centre and the Atlantic coast are approximately 1 hour, the Gulf coast 90 minutes and Gator land only 30 minutes!!
Our villa sleeps 8 (or 10 with 2 on a sofa bed in the family room) and has everything you need. Your own private covered heated pool with Automated Spa bath. As we are a corner plot we have an extra large decking area with sunbeds, tables and chairs(enough to sit 10). The pool and Spa are surrounded by a removable fence for safety. If you wish to remove the fence we do have a pool alarm available(stored in the kitchen)
Our Luxury villa has air conditioning throughout plus ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms.
The Master Suite has a queen size bed, walk in wardrobe, large dresser with plenty of drawers and a large mirror.
There is a T.V with cable, DVD Player and digital radio/alarm clock. The En- suite bathroom has double basins below a large well lit mirror,storage cupboards with towels, a large bath and walking shower. There is a separate toilet. We also provide a hairdryer.
The double bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe,a dresser with drawers and mirror. There is a T.V. with DVD Player and digital radio/alarm clock. The bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and toilet plus a storage cupboard with towels.
There are 2 twin rooms that share the third bathroom. They both have 2 twin beds a dresser with drawers and mirror. They have large wardrobes.We have a cot and bedsides for babies and smaller children.There is also baby monitor.The shared bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and toilet. there is an under basin cupboard with towels.
Our fully equipped kitchen has all mod cons. A large fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, smoothee maker etc . Plus a breakfast nook seating 4, highchair, baby bowls,bottles,beakers and other baby/small child equipment. The Utility Room has a large washing machine, large tumble dryer, a clothes airier, iron, ironing board and Hoover.
The thick carpeted family room has comfortable corner seating T.V with cable and Premiership Football, DVD and stereo with a selection of DVD`s and CD`s. There is a small dinning area with table and chairs. We also have a reading corner with a comfy chair, table,side light and selection of books. We have a good selection of Florida information books too.
The children’s games room has everything to keep them amused, games, jigsaws, books, toys for babies, boys and girls plus their own T.V and Playstation2 and a selection of games and DVD`s. A table and chairs plus 2 bean bags to lounge around on.

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain Specials and Promotions, please refer to the Special Terms when reserving a home with a Special or Discount.
