A warm welcome awaits you at Highgate House a four bedroom, three bathroom property located within the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the gated community at Highgate Park.
Make yourself at home in this light, bright, air-conditioned property which accommodates up to ten people in comfort. The master bedroom features a King sized bed with private bathroom and shower together with a walk-in closet and patio doors leading to the pool area. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the third and fourth bedrooms feature twin beds. There is a sofa bed in the living area. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV.
There is a spacious well equipped kitchen and utility area with washer and dryer. Seating for four can be found in the bay windowed kitchen nook overlooking the pool and patio. The living area with its vaulted ceiling offers formal dining for six with two additional bar stools together with comfortable sofas for relaxing, or, should you wish watching TV or a DVD.
The living room opens onto the fabulous extended screened-in pool area and patio deck which is furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers and includes the poolside spa where you can enjoy relaxing after a busy day enjoying all that Orlando has to offer.

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
