Description:
Sterling Corner is a luxurious five-bedroom vacation home located in the Sanctuary at Westhaven. Disney World main gate is approx 10 minutes and International Drive is only about 20 minutes away.
The community is gated and is situated 2 minutes from ChampionsGate which has two excellent golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter Academy. Completed in January 2004 this home is the perfect home for anyone to spend their vacation and holidays.
The home is fully air conditioned and is also located in a Conservation area, which means the view from the rear of the property overlooks a large grass area, trees, shrubs and a lake.
The pool and deck area have been extended, giving plenty of space to lounge around. An extra patio has also been built at the rear of the property giving even more sunbathing room. To compliment this area there is ample patio furniture for you to relax on during your stay.
The rear of the property is West Facing, giving you sun from around 10am to sunset.
Sterling Corner has a very large open plan with a formal living, dining area and a family lounge, which has a large television and another dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, oven, hob, microwave and waste disposal unit. It also has a breakfast bar and stools.
The utility room is also fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and an iron and ironing board.
The main master suite is situated upstairs to the rear of the property. Patio doors lead out onto a large balcony overlooking the conservation area. It has a king bed, plenty of drawer space, large mirror and a 25 inch color TV. Walking into the en-suite area there are two walk in wardrobes, two vanity sinks, bathroom with large walk in shower.
There are two double bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, which has patio doors leading out onto the pool area. There are also two twin rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and drawer space.

Had relatives from Ohio, NY, Ft Myers and WPB all arrive to enjoy a weekend at Disney. The home was perfect for our family get-together, and all activities available, from the game room, to the pool and definitely the kitchen, were thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Dear Florida Spirit,
Wow, I can truly say that our stay over there was unforgettable! We drove from Virginia to Florida with 3 kids my husband and my cousin, we were exhausted, but even as exhausted as we all were it didn't take away from how surprised and delighted we were when we first laid eyes on the house! I have never seen something so nice. It was a dream house. The kids loved the pool we loved every inch of that house!
We went there to visit Disney World, and we did. All of our dreams came true. It was our first time going there and the looks of our kids faces when they got there was worth more than a million dollars, it was priceless!
My husband and I felt like kids again. We had so much fun that my son got lost while my husband and I were running after goofy to get a picture! I was so scared, we looked for about 20 minutes. Finally the cop said they had found someone with his description! When we went to get him he was sitting on a table having a very serious conversation with Mickey Mouse! I have never seen him so happy!
Wow, what an experience! I can't wait to go again!
Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
