The villa consists of a large beautifully decorated Living/Dinning room. Family room features a 52”HDTV, Cable TV and CD player Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and breakfast bar Laundry room with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. The extended heated south facing pool has views overlooking conservation and Woodland for total privacy and daylong sunshine with a covered lanai and ceiling fan.

As grandparents, we needed a place that provided the boundless energy of 1 through 6 years olds the opportunity to blow off excess steam after a day of sensory overload at the area theme parks. We found renting a Florida Spirit Vacation home for a week was just the ticket. Swimming in the pool or one of the many provided diversions like air hockey gave the adults a little respite. It was a very cost effective way to visit Orlando in style while having the luxury of a full kitchen, a private pool, and totally soundproof walls. This will be our third time renting a home for an extended family vacation and we continue to be sold on the concept versus the hotel based alternatives. Based on the decibel level of the kids, we would have summarily been booted out of any hotel by Tuesday. Having our own house made all the difference.

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
