"This is the 2nd time we stayed in one of your houses. We did have wi-fi problems where you had to re-set it daily after we had contacted the main office 3 days constantly. Do need to advertise bed sizes better. I would stay at one of your houses again thru."

We are arranging to get the picture of the second Queen Bed online but the information is correct, in regards to the Wi-Fi connection, Bright House had to go to the house and replace the cable connection so the problem is now fixed. "We arrived in our Disney home on a very cold night, but once we stepped through the doors, the weather was far from our mind. The house was very clean and was a lot larger than we had imagined. After everyone looked through the bedrooms we found the garage and the kids just started yelling! Out there was a pool table, a foosball table, air hockey and even darts. Hog heaven for my family! Everyday after the parks we would come home (as the kids called it), make our dinner and play games. There were even movies left there for us to watch. We truly had a wonderful stay and your home and would very happily like to stay again! Thanks!" January 27 - February 1, 2010

"Had a wonderful stay at Tuscan View. We are planning to come back again next year and would love to stay at that house again. It certainly met all of our needs. The only complaint I would have and it's not really a complaint - The house should be equipped with basic essentials - such as dish detergent! See I told you it was not a big deal but for the cost of it, it should be in the house. Anyway, A wonderful vacation had by all. See you next year - hopefully!" February 4 - February 7, 2010
Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
