4-night minimum stay required. All stays will require a cleaning fee.
$200.00 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking.

* Reservations for 6 bedroom homes require a $350 refundable security deposit. The refundable deposit will be charged at the time of final payment to the reservation. Refunds will be issued after Departure inspection.
Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
