"This was the first time in 18 years that my family was able to join my siblings for their annual family vacation because we are in the military. The house was breath taking from the moment we entered. It was the best vacation we ever had and we have been many places through the years. The house truly felt like it was our own home. The kids enjoyed the pool hours at a time each day as well as the game room. The best part was the family bonds that were strengthened. It was awesome to watch our children play together and enjoy one another like we did growing up. We also celebrated my daughter's 12th birthday and my nephew's 1st. We will definitely do it again! "We had a wonderful time at the Retreat at Windwood Bay. The home is amazing. We have 4 sons, and each had his own bedroom. They loved the pool and the game room. And the hot tub was perfect for my 3 year old to play in! I loved having my own kitchen so we could eat "at home", instead of meal after meal at restaurants. The house was so conveniently located to the parks. It was a breeze getting to and from Disney and that pool sure felt good after a long day at the park! We'll be back!"

Location, location, location! It was a quiet neighborhood, short drive to Disney, and little traffic even during rush hour. The home was absolutely beautiful. Family of 10 stayed and we never felt crowded. There was so much space, we didn't even use the Living Room or Dining Room. The kids loved the pool. It was a real treat. My only suggestion would be that you update the cookware. It was minimal, and not in very good condition. We would definitely rent from you again. (March 16 - March 23, 2010)

…Just wanted to let you know we are almost home... and we really enjoyed our stay at WindwoodBay... the home is beautiful and very welcoming... It was well situated for all the attractions we wanted to use...and very spacious... we enjoyed the many different sitting areas, with as many people as we shared (all family) we were all able to have our own space when the need arose.
We had a wonderful Christmas and a great family vacation!!
The only complaint would be that the pool was not as warm as we would have liked...BUT the weather was kinda cool as well... But this will not keep us from returning next year...

Dear Florida Spirit,
According to all the children, the vacation home was, "the most awesome
ever!" Our four year old won't stop talking about how he wants to go back
and live there forever. Our children were so impressed and excited that
they actually behaved the whole time. I guess they didn't want to miss
getting to swim in the pool or playing all the games. Thank you so much for
the great memories that will last our lifetime. It really was a treat and a
retreat for all of us.

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
