Description:
This Vacation Home is a three bedroom, two bath Villa. Our luxury, fully air-conditioned Florida Villa has one master suite (Queen bed) with en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have two twin beds per room. There is a second bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
This home also has a dining room, kitchen, breakfast room and a separate utility room. Our home is well equipped including a large washing machine and tumble dryer, all bed linens, towels and necessary crockery and cooking utensils (plus iron, iron boarding and vacuum cleaner). To make your stay more enjoyable, the home has a large oven, microwave, refrigerator, icemaker, and dishwasher and waste disposal unit.
Cable TV and telephone (local calls are free) are provided.
The swimming pool is private, fully screened, with heating optional. This pool is also maintained and serviced weekly. The pool also has a Jacuzzi spa and an attractive patio area with table & chairs.
Located close to the I-4, off Hwy 27, conveniently positioned near all major attractions. Disney is only 15 minutes away!!!!!! Enjoy!

Although it's few weeks since we returned to the UK from Florida,I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time.The Liana Villa at Calabay Parc was excellent and met our requirements perfectly.We expect to re book for 2005.

Dear Florida Spirit, this was the very first vacation home rental we have ever done. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Your homes were clean and beautiful! We were ready to move in! Even Daisy our little rat terrier who never had been on vacation before enjoyed herself and felt right at home. When we decide to come back we will definitely use Florida Spirit again. There was nothing like having the privacy of your own home, hot tub and pool. Thank you so much for our great vacation!

"I first have to admit that renting a home for our vacation was not our first choice. We had booked two rooms at Disney's Coronado Springs... A week before we were to leave my sister adopted a cocker spaniel from a shelter. He had been in a puppy mill that had closed down up north. A rescue group came in and rescued him from being put to sleep... A shelter in Florida then got him from the rescue group. My sister fell in love with his picture and had to have the three month old puppy. So we traveled over two hours to go pick him up.
We have six other dogs and he fit in immediately. We took him to the doctor and they told us he was younger than what we thought and he couldn't have his puppy shots. Also, we would not be able to board him with the other dogs. My mom and dad said they would stay home with him, but we wanted to go as a family. We spent the whole night trying to find a place that would take dogs. We came across Florida Spirit Vacation

Pool heat is complimentary from September 01st through May 31st. *Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.
Pool heat is not complimentary in the summer season (June 01 through August 31).
POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain Specials and Promotions, please refer to the Special Terms when reserving a home with a Special or Discount.
