Celebrating Everyday at Universal Orlando

Universal Orlando is famous for its grand holiday and themed events throughout the year giving guests an unforgettable experience. It was only during these special events like Mardi Gras and Christmas time that the park had a parade for guests to enjoy.

That is not the case anymore as Universal is now celebrating everyday with its new Superstar Parade.

Set to wind through the park twice every day, the parade features some of the company’s major characters including Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob SquarePants, and the Despicable Me minions. All of the characters will be performing spectacular routines as they travel the streets of Universal.

The parade will offer a wonderful sight with vibrant colors and music as well as the lovable characters from some of Universal’s most popular shows. The dance routines entwined in the parade also enhance the experience rather than just seeing floats pass by.

In addition to the daily parade, Universal will end the day with its new Cinematic Spectacular. This different kind of nighttime show uses two water-based projection screens to reflect images of popular Universal movies including E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial.

The show offers a little something for everyone in the family as it moves through several genres including comedy, action, horror, and the battle of good versus evil.

The parade and nighttime show add a new dynamic to the Universal Studios experience. Besides the attractions and daytime shows, guests will not have another reason to visit the park.
