Must Try Orlando Eateries

The nice thing about renting a Florida Spirit vacation home is being able to stay in and cook a nice homemade meal for the whole family. But what’s the fun of vacation if you don’t treat yourself a little? On your next trip to Orlando, there are some must try restaurants that will be perfect for a night out of the kitchen.

The restaurant guru app, Urbanspoon, has recently named seven of Orlando’s eateries to their list of America’s Most Popular High-End Restaurants.

Making the list are The Table Orlando, Deep Blu Seafood Grille, Fogo de Chao, Boma-Flavors of Africa, The Capital Grille, Johnnie’s Hideaway, and Texas de Brazil Churrascaria.

To compile the list, Urbanspoon, considered more than 600,000 restaurants, millions of reviews, and a billion pageviews of user behavior, the restaurant data and recommendation service said in a blog post

The resulting 250 restaurants received the most attention from food critics, bloggers, and the dining public across Urbanspoon’s website and smartphone apps.

Fogo de Chao is one of Orlando’s newest Brazilian steakhouses, opening this past March on I-Drive. The gaucho chefs authentically grill 15 different cuts of meat and offer continuous tableside service.

Located in Dr. Phillip’s Restaurant Row, The Table Orlando offers a delicious five-course dining experience around a shared table with intimate interaction with the chef. Dinner is by reservation only.

Deep Blu Seafood Grille is the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort’s newest addition to their restaurant lineup. It offers incredible and unique seafood and steak dishes alike.

Disney’s array of restaurants was surly not left out with Boma-Flavors of Africa making the list. A buffet-style restaurant inside Animal Kingdom, Boma offers the unique flavors of African food and is a must try for all Disney-goers.

The Capital Grille takes home the prize for Orlando’s best steakhouse and does everything to perfection, especially their steaks. This I-Drive restaurant may be in the tourist Mecca of Orlando, but it offers a delightful escape with everything from a car valet, delectable food, and fabulous service.

Located in a sea of chain restaurants surrounding Disney in Lake Buena Vista, Johnnie’s Hideaway offers an unexpected alternative filled with delicious food and a vibrant atmosphere.

You may not have room to visit two Brazilian steakhouses while you’re in Orlando, but if you don’t find time to go to Fogo de Chao, you must make time to try Texas de Brazil Churrascaria. Treat yourself with night filled with endless perfectly cooked meat and perhaps a salad bar, if you have room.

Whatever your culinary taste, Orlando is sure to have something for everyone in the family. The next time you come to town; don’t miss out on some of our top rated restaurants.
