Do I get to choose the exact home I will be staying in?
Yes, with Florida Spirit Vacation Homes, the homes you see on the website are the specific home you will stay in. We feel this is best way to ensure your complete satisfaction with the home.
How do I check in to the home?
Thirty days prior to your arrival you will be sent the directions and a key code to the home. You may go directly to the home when you arrive in Orlando area. If you wish you may come by our office if you need any assistance. We also offer a few minutes orientation on the vacation home to guest.
How close are the homes to Walt Disney World?
All the homes are in resort communities designed for vacation use and are located with in 6 to 10 miles to Disney World property. We also have homes on golf courses and lakes.
Are there restaurants and shopping near the homes?
Yes, grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants are located close to all the homes. You will also have a choice of restaurants that deliver to the homes that now include the new French La Crepe!
Do I need to clean the home?
No, You are our guest, and all the homes are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. There is a mop, vacuum, broom, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and dust pan in the home in case of a need to do a quick touch on your stay. If you would like a mid-week or daily maid service please call our concierge staff for details.
Do I need to bring towels and linens to the home?
We provide you with the linens and towels. Each home has two sets of linens for each bed and ample towels. You may wish to bring beach towels if you are taking a day trip to the beach.
Are the homes non-smoking?
Yes, all our homes are non-smoking. Guests are permitted to smoke on the patio area outside.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed on selected homes. If you are bringing your pet with you please contact our Concierge Service so they can assist you in selecting a pet friendly home.
What do we need to do at check out time?
We just ask that you lock up the home and place the key back into the lock box at the home. Our staff will take care of the rest.
If I have a problem with the home what do I do?
We are always here to insure you have a wonderful stay with us. We have a toll free 24- hour emergency number to call us in the very rare event you need us right away. This is why more and more people are choosing to stay in a vacation rental home while in Orlando. They have the privacy and luxury of a home with the service and amenities of a resort. |
