Do I get to choose the exact home I will be staying in? Yes, with Florida Spirit Vacation Homes, the home you select on the website is the specific Orlando Florida vacation rental home you will stay in. We feel this is best way to ensure your complete satisfaction with the home.
How do I check in to the home? Thirty days prior to your arrival, once your reservation is paid in full, you will be sent a final confirmation that includes the home address and a lock box code to give you access to the house key. You may go directly to the home when you arrive in the Orlando area, so you can arrive at any time after check-in at 4:00pm! You can always come by our office if you need any assistance.
How close are the homes to Walt Disney World? All of our rental homes are in resort communities designed for vacation use and are located with in 6 to 15 miles of Walt Disney World property.
Will there be restaurants and shopping near our vacation home? Yes! Grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants are located close to all of the homes. Several orlando restaurants also offer delivery to the vacation homes, including the Chili's in ChampionsGate. You also won't be far from some of the best retail shopping in Orlando. With 3 premium outlets and 2 large malls to choose from, you will certainly find everything you need!
Do I need to clean the home? Of course not, you're our guest! All of our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. There is a mop, vacuum, broom, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and dust pan in the home in case you need to do a quick touch up on your stay. If you would like a mid-week or daily maid service please call our guest services staff for details.
Do I need to bring towels and linens to the home? We provide all the linens and towels. Each of our Orlando Florida vacation rentals has a set of linens for each bed and ample towels. We ask that you don't take the towels we provide to the beach, so if you plan a day trip to the coast, please be sure to bring beach towels.
Are the homes non-smoking? Yes, all of our homes are non-smoking. Guests are permitted to smoke only on the patio area outside.
Do you allow pets? Pets are allowed in selected homes only. If you are bringing your pet with you, please contact our guest services so they can assist you in selecting a pet friendly Orlando vacation rental home.
What do we need to do at check-out time? We just ask that you lock up the home and place the key back into the lock box. Our staff will take care of the rest.
If I have a problem with the home what do I do? We are always here to ensure you have a wonderful stay with us. We have a toll free ( 1-866-357-7474) 24-hours emergency number to call us in the very rare event you need us right away after business hours.
