The Southwest region of Walt Disney World property, being the fastest growing and most desirable tourist area, still offers a quiet refuge from the bright lights and excitement of the attractions. As seen on the Orlando area map the expansion of new roads like the St Road 429 and the widening of Hwy 192 gives tourist and residents easy access to the theme parks and airports.
