This spacious home of 2,449 square ft. living area is located in the Highlands Reserve Golf Community, only 10 miles from Disney World. The house has two masters with ensuite bathrooms, two lounge areas, formal dining area, breakfast nook and stools at the kitchen counter, so there is lots of room and seating for everybody. For the guest convenience this home features a 42" flatscreen TV in the family room and 4 new 32" flatscreen TVs - one in each bedroom; Free Unlimited Phone calls within the US!For those of you, who
have been sitting long enough there is a game room with pool table and foos ball - and of course a swimm in the blue screened pool right outside the familyroom and livingroom doors is mandatory! After the swimm you can enjoy the sun in one of the loungers or sit around one of the tables on the deck. You will find the golf clubhouse a 5 minute walk from the house, and just across the street from that you can see the community pool, tennis court and playground.We hope you will enjoy your stay in the Aberdeen home!

- There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season.
- $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking.
- Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage.
- Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Additional fees include: - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
- All major credit cards accepted.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
- Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
(Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.) - Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
- Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round.
- POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
- RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
