American Manor is a beautiful four bedroom, four bathroom home located in The Manor at West Haven – a gated community in the prestigious ChampionsGate area that features a playground area for children and tennis courts.The home features two master suites, each with a king-sized bed. Both master suites have corner tubs and separate shower and one features private pool-patio access.
The third and fourth bedrooms each feature two twins. These bedrooms both have attached bathrooms as well, making American Manor an ideal home for any group!The private pool and spa is conservation-backed and designed to maximize your privacy while you enjoy your time swimming, soaking, or sitting on the patio. The home offers free wireless internet for your convenience.

- There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season.
- $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking.
- Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage.
- Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Additional fees include: - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
- All major credit cards accepted.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
- Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
(Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.) - Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
- Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round.
- POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
- RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
