Description
This gorgeous home, known as Bishop's Court, is located in The Abbey at West Haven, one of the Orlando-area's most desired exclusive gated communities, just 7 miles from Walt Disney World, and right next to ChampionsGate - with two Greg Norman-designed golf courses, and home to the David Leadbetter Academy world headquarters. The home overlooks a nature conversation area, with a large wetland offering wonderful views of the bird life from the pool and patio area, as well as the upstairs deck. Bishop's Court sleeps 12 with 5 bedrooms, two with private bathrooms, a loft lounge with TV, and a sofa bed that sleeps two, and a balcony/deck providing the perfect breakfast area with glorious views over the conservation area. The two master bedroom suites (one upstairs and one downstiars) each offer a king-size bed. Both master bathrooms have large corner, garden-style tubs and walk-in showers big enough for a party! The downstairs master bedroom has access to the lanai and pool via its patio doors.
There is also a double bedroom with a queen size bed and two more bedrooms each with a set of twins. All rooms are light and airy, but the living room/lounge is exceptional with its cathedral ceiling and access to the lanai and pool area through patio doors. It contains an entertainment unit with TV, DVD/CD player and films. The dining area abuts the kitchen with a breakfast bar and two bar stools. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and also has access to the lanai through a set of patio doors. All patio doors into the pool area have child alarms. The kitchen has all amenities including a teapot. The utility area has a large washer and dryer with a door to the air-conditioned double garage. Outside a large covered pool with extended decking has space for loungers all round, so the sun worshipper can maximize their tan! There is also a Jacuzzi and a cabana bath and shower. The large patio table creates an outdoor dining area with chairs and loungers for 12.

  • Check-In time is 4:00PM
  • Check-Out time is 11:00AM
  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season. 
  • $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. 
  • Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. 
  • Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Additional fees include:
    • - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
    - Sales & Tourism Taxes
    - $35.00 Booking Fee
    - $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
       *$350.00 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on ALL 6 bedroom homes; Damage Waiver will not be offered on 6 bedroom homes.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
  • Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
    (Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.)  
  • Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
  • Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round. 
  • POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
  • RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
