Description
Brighton is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home located in Windsor Palms, just 3 miles from Walt Disney World. Windsor Palms offers a complete clubhouse with a fitness room, game room, small movie theater, basketball, and tennis courts. The clubhouse even has a community pool if you choose to meet other vacationers. The open kitchen,
with an island in the center, is perfect for entertaining and dining area is large enough for up to eight guests to be comfortable. The large living area looks onto the beautiful over sized pool and spa in the backyard. All the linens are included as are starter kits of the necessary soaps and detergents you will need.

- Check-In time is 4:00PM
- Check-Out time is 11:00AM
- There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season.
- $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking.
- Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage.
- Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Additional fees include: - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
- All major credit cards accepted.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
- Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
(Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.) - Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
- Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round.
- POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
- RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.

- $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
