Description
`Cape Clear` is beautiful vacation home, built on a large corner site. It is situated within High Gate Park, a gated community, at Legacy Park. A conservation area lies to the south of the community. Walt Disney World is 8 miles away. Numerous shopping malls, restaurants, golf courses, including the world renowned David Ledbetter Golf Academy are within easy reach.`Cape Clear` is fully air conditioned and can comfortably sleep up to 8 persons. There are 2 master bedrooms with en-suites, one of which opens directly
through patio doors onto the extended screened pool area. This en-suite contains a corner bath, shower and separate WC. Both twin bedrooms have access to the third bathroom.The living room opens onto the pool area complete with Spa and extended deck. Ceiling fan and pool furnishings are provided. The living area is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. For your convenience there is also a washing machine and dryer.High Gate Park is ideally located close to all the attractions Orlando has to offer.

  • Check-In time is 4:00PM
  • Check-Out time is 11:00AM
  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season. 
  • $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. 
  • Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. 
  • Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Additional fees include:
    • - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
    - Sales & Tourism Taxes
    - $35.00 Booking Fee
    - $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
       *$350.00 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on ALL 6 bedroom homes; Damage Waiver will not be offered on 6 bedroom homes.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
  • Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
    (Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.)  
  • Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
  • Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round. 
  • POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
  • RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
