Description
Captiva is a magnificent vacation home located in the gated community of The Abbey at West Haven. The property has a large pool and spa that overlooks a natural wetland wildlife conservation area. Privacy during your stay has been enhanced by conifers on either side of the home.Captiva has been equipped with upgrade furniture to give total comfort. The property has two master suites with queen beds, another with a double bed and two twin rooms (one with a Disney theme).The main lounge area is bright and airy and benefits from the openness associated with a very high ceiling with entertainment such as TV/DVD player and Stereo/CD player. The two master suites have cable TVs as does the main downstairs lounge. There is secondary lounge upstairs which is an ideal vantage point for looking out onto the wildlife. The
view is idyllic late in the evenings and at dawn. Patio furniture in the lanai provides an ideal breakfast or dining area overlooking the pool with Spa (Jacuzzi) which can be lit at night to add that special atmosphere to your stay at the Captiva. For your convenience there is also a poolside bathroom with shower.The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar and stools and the dining room sits eight comfortably. The games room is the perfect place to enjoy a bit of cost-free fun after a long day at the parks. With an air hockey table, dart board, and foosball table, you`re sure to find hours of enjoyment here!Captiva is located 8 miles to the Walt Disney World Entrance. The community is situated adjacent to Champions Gate with two golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Ledbetter Academy.

  • Check-In time is 4:00PM
  • Check-Out time is 11:00AM
  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season. 
  • $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. 
  • Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. 
  • Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Additional fees include:
    • - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
    - Sales & Tourism Taxes
    - $35.00 Booking Fee
    - $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
       *$350.00 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on ALL 6 bedroom homes; Damage Waiver will not be offered on 6 bedroom homes.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
  • Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
    (Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.)  
  • Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
  • Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round. 
  • POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
  • RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
