Coupe DeVille, located in HighGate Park at Legacy Park, is a tastefully decorated, air conditioned vacation home. Imagine arriving at your own private rental home, where you can relax and recover from your journey in a light and airy accommodation which has all the comforts of home and much more! The home allows for up to eight people. The Master bedroom features a king size bed and Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, both with TV’s and DVD players. Two further bedrooms feature twin beds, ideal for children or young adults. Both twin rooms have TV’s and PlayStation/DVD players. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen offers all the essential appliances in addition to a self cleaning oven, ceramic hob, integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice maker and a washer and dryer for your convenience.The dining area has seating for eight
people - meals can either be taken in air conditioned comfort, or outside on the shaded lanai. This area has a ceiling fan for added comfort.The family room has a vaulted ceiling and enough comfortable seating for everyone, and looks directly onto the pool. For your entertainment- if the sun and the theme parks are not enough, there is a large screen TV with cable, DVD player and music system.The patio doors from both the family room & the master suite lead onto an extended lanai, with a fully screened pool, with patio tables, chairs and sun loungers. The pool is south-facing, looking onto a conservation area so you will only be over looked by Mother Nature. It also features a spa where you can revive those tired limbs, while the children splash around in the pool, We can't imagine a nicer way to finish off a perfect Florida day can you?

RESERVATIONS NOTES & Terms and Conditions

  • Check-In time is 4:00PM
  • Check-Out time is 11:00AM
  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season. 
  • $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. 
  • Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. 
  • Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Additional fees include:
    • - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
    - Sales & Tourism Taxes
    - $35.00 Booking Fee
    - $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
       *$350.00 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on ALL 6 bedroom homes; Damage Waiver will not be offered on 6 bedroom homes.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
  • Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
    (Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.)  
  • Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
  • Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round. 
  • POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
  • RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
