Dux Villa is a beautiful two story vacation home, situated within Sandy Ridge, just over 7 miles from Walt Disney World and 30 miles from Orlando International Airport. This home is ideally located, with easy access to the Interstate 4. Close by is ChampionsGate where there is a good selection of restaurants and shops, including Publix supermarket.
For golfers, there are several excellent courses within easy reach, including ChampionsGate
Golf Club with two unique 18-hole championship golf courses.
Dux Villa is a lovely four bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home and features a south-facing pool and spa. The house has central air conditioning and is beautifully furnished. There are 2 master en-suite bedrooms making it ideal for a two family holiday. The other 2 bedrooms share a third bathroom and both rooms have 2 single beds. The home features 5 TV`s and a DVD/CD player.

RESERVATIONS NOTES & Terms and Conditions
- Check-In time is 4:00PM
- Check-Out time is 11:00AM
- There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season.
- $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. The name on the reservation must match the name of credit cardholder.
- Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage.
- Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- All guests will be required to electronically sign a rental agreement. Vacation home access details will not be provided without a signed rental agreement on file.
- Additional fees include: - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
- All major credit cards accepted. The exact billing address will be required to process all credit card payments.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
- Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
(Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.) - Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
- Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round.
- POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
- RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.

- $45.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
