Eagle View is a large two-story vacation home located in The Retreat at Legacy Park, offering 2586 sq ft. of living space, featuring four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, customized pool with underwater illuminated lighting and adjoined spa. The interior has been professionally furnished with the emphasis on luxury, comfort and the `wow` factor. The property looks out onto a conservation area with amazing views of natural woodland - watching the eagles floating on the
thermals is a sure way of relaxing after the hustle & bustle of the theme parks or shopping!For your enjoyment we provide TVs with DVD player, PS2, a stereo system, iPod docking station and a selection of family games as well as our fabulous Games Room. We also have bedtime story books for the children in the bedside cabinets. Our aim is for each guest to feel as if they are the first to stay, with hopes that by the end of the vacation, won`t want to leave.

RESERVATIONS NOTES & Terms and Conditions

  • Check-In time is 4:00PM
  • Check-Out time is 11:00AM
  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season. 
  • $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. The name on the reservation must match the name of credit cardholder. 
  • Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. 
  • Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • All guests will be required to electronically sign a rental agreement. Vacation home access details will not be provided without a signed rental agreement on file.
  • Additional fees include:
    • - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
    - Sales & Tourism Taxes
    - $35.00 Booking Fee
    - $45.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
       *$350.00 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on ALL 6 bedroom homes; Damage Waiver will not be offered on 6 bedroom homes.
  • All major credit cards accepted. The exact billing address will be required to process all credit card payments. 
  • Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
  • Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
    (Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.)  
  • Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
  • Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round. 
  • POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
  • RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
