Guest/children’s suite offers two smaller bedrooms each containing two twin beds, closets and dressers, separated by a "Jack & Jill" bathroom featuring privacy door for tub/shower and toilet facilities with remaining access to sink area. Socially conducive living room/kitchen/dining area offers plenty of open space. Living room sports two leather couches, television, DVD, VCR nintendo game cube and stereo system. Kitchen counter
offers breakfast bar seating, conversation sink facing living room area and dining table for a family meal. Kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven, electric stove, dishwasher, in-sink food disposal, coffee maker, full set of cookware, dishes, glasses, flatware, and small appliances, all the comforts of home.Enclosed rear patio offers both sun and shade, is accessible by sliding glass patio doors from both living room and master bedroom, is partially covered and fully furnished with plenty of seating and dining area, outdoor shower, full-size in-ground pool with attached spa and a half bath located poolside. Not immediately backed up to another residence and off-set with next-door neighbor, privacy is abound. In home laundry facilities include full size washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. All televisions have cable hook-up. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. All linens and towels on premises. Central Air conditioning and heating. Fully alarmed plus has a child safety alarm on the sliding patio doors to the pool.

  • Check-In time is 4:00PM
  • Check-Out time is 11:00AM
  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season. 
  • $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. 
  • Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. 
  • Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Additional fees include:
    • - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
    - Sales & Tourism Taxes
    - $35.00 Booking Fee
    - $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
       *$350.00 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on ALL 6 bedroom homes; Damage Waiver will not be offered on 6 bedroom homes.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
  • Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
    (Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.)  
  • Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
  • Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round. 
  • POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
  • RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
