Formosa Villa, located in the resort community of Formosa Gardens, is a 5 bedroom home featuring three suites, four bathrooms and 3,496 square feet of living space, making it the perfect place for your Disney Family Vacation!The living room features a large TV and X Box system— perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks or to have some fun with the kids! The home also has two PlayStation 2s! You’ll find an LED TV in four of the bedrooms and a Mickey TV with a DVD player in the Mickey themed bedroom.The game room comes with a separate AC Unit and features pool table, air hockey and foosball.
On your private pool area, you wil find plenty of space, comfortable lounge chairs, a table for outside meals and a wonderfull spa, all surrounded with mature landscaping to give you the privacy you want.The home is located in the gated Formosa Gardens Estates community. Formosa Gardens is one of the most delightful and convenient vacation rental subdivision in Central Florida. It is the closest possible development to Disney, less than 3 miles away. There is a grocery store, a drug store and 5 restaurants, including Outback Steak House and Carrabba`s, less than 1 mile from the home.

  • Check-In time is 4:00PM
  • Check-Out time is 11:00AM
  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season. 
  • $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. 
  • Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. 
  • Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Additional fees include:
    • - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
    - Sales & Tourism Taxes
    - $35.00 Booking Fee
    - $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
       *$350.00 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on ALL 6 bedroom homes; Damage Waiver will not be offered on 6 bedroom homes.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
  • Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
    (Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.)  
  • Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
  • Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round. 
  • POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
  • RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
