Golden Palms is located in The Manor at West Haven, practically on Disney's doorstep, where a warm welcome awaits you when you visit! The Manor is a peaceful, gated community in ChampionsGate, Florida, just 7 miles from Walt Disney World, minutes from Interstate-4, perfectly situated for visitingall the magical places that Florida has to offer…You'll only drive 29 miles from Orlando International Airport, and about an hour to reach Kennedy Space Centre or either of Florida’s magnificent coastlines. For the golf enthusiasts – you are only one mile from the ChampionsGate golf course and World Headquarters of The David Ledbetter Golf Academy, and within a 25-minute drive there are 25 golf courses !The home offers the perfect amount of space for up to 8 people, with a large living space, fully equipped kitchen and computer room, four beautifully appointed bedrooms and a large pool, spa and deck.The living room is very spacious with two sofas and a large armchair, TV armoire with 32” remote controlled TV, a Playstation2 and mini HI-FI system. The room is very bright with triple patio doors opening onto the pool area and two large windows, for lots of Florida sun.
The two large Master Suites have ensuite bathrooms with a large corner baths, double shower cubicles and his’n’hers wash basins. Both bathrooms have private W.C and also contain hairdryers. The first Master Suite looks onto our inviting pool and spa and also boasts a walk in closet and remote controlled Cable TV.Bedrooms Three and Four are both furnished with twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes and cable TV’s. Both these rooms share a family bathroom, which has a bath, shower, wc and washbasin. All rooms have clock radios and ceiling fans.The house is fully air conditioned, but for those who like the outdoors, there is a private 30’ x 15’ fully screened pool, with bubbling spa – perfect for recharging after a long day. The pool features a bathroom with outside shower. The deck is furnished with chairs, a table, loungers and reclining chairs. Our home has a well-equipped kitchen – large range, microwave, large fridge and freezer with icemaker. The kitchen also has a dishwasher and includes all necessary crockery. Two bar stools are provided for you.The dining room has a large table and chairs for eight people, complimented with luxury tableware.

RESERVATIONS NOTES & Terms and Conditions

  • Check-In time is 4:00PM
  • Check-Out time is 11:00AM
  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season. 
  • $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. 
  • Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. 
  • Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Additional fees include:
    • - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
    - Sales & Tourism Taxes
    - $35.00 Booking Fee
    - $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
       *$350.00 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on ALL 6 bedroom homes; Damage Waiver will not be offered on 6 bedroom homes.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
  • Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
    (Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.)  
  • Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
  • Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round. 
  • POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
  • RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
