Golden Treasure at Calabay Parc is ideally located in the Calabay Parc community. This four bedroom, three bathroom home has a great, open floor plan with two master bedrooms. Both masters feature attached bathrooms - one has a garden-style tub, the other, pool-patio access. The second and third bedrooms each have two twin-size beds, and share a full bathroom between them. The home features central air-conditioning,
cable television, full-size washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Calabay Parc is located just off Hwy 27, just a few minutes from Walt Disney World, a few miles from the golf courses at ChampionsGate. Orlando International Airport is just over 30 miles away, and Highway 92, a major Orlando-area thoroughfare offering nearly every type of restaurant or shop you could ask for, is just minutes away.

- There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season.
- $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking.
- Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage.
- Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Additional fees include: - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
- All major credit cards accepted.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
- Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
(Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.) - Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
- Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round.
- POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
- RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
