A Home Away From Home is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom vacation home located in the amenity-filled community of Windsor Palms.This home is equipped with Cable Television and Flat Screen TV’s (42” in main Living room + 19” in Master Bath room) all including built in DVD Players and iPod docking station with CD stereo system in the living room.The game room is packed with tons of fun- an 8 foot pool table, foosball table and air hockey. It also has 53 inch TV with cable & DVD player and including Xbox360. The arcade game is loaded with over 85 games. It also has a bar table with 4 stools to just relax and enjoy the available CD stereo system. A Home Away From Home is very conveniently located, less than 0.1 mile from the clubhouse which has 60 seat movie theater, fitness center, billiards, table tennis, game room, lounge
area and sundry shop which supplies basket balls, tennis rackets and volleyballs etc. free of charge. Outside the clubhouse there is an Olympic size swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, basket ball courts, volley ball court and area to grill. There is a business center with facilities to hire.Located in the gated community of Windsor Palms with excellent facilities to suit all, just 3 miles from Disney with shopping, restaurants and golf courses within easy reach. Great resort style living at Windsor Palms enjoy the large Community pool and hot tub, separate kids pool, tennis courts, volleyball, kids play area, club house with games room, cinema, fitness room. RESERVATIONS NOTES & Terms and Conditions

  • Check-In time is 4:00PM
  • Check-Out time is 11:00AM
  • There is a 3-night minimum stay required on all 3 and 4 bedroom homes and a 4-night minimum stay required on all 5 and 6 bedroom homes. There is a 5-night minimum stay required on all homes during the holiday season. 
  • $200.00 non-refundable payment required at time of booking. 
  • Travel insurance, if selected, is due at the time of the booking to ensure coverage. 
  • Full reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Additional fees include:
    • - Cleaning Fee, exact cost varies depending on size of home.
    - Sales & Tourism Taxes
    - $35.00 Booking Fee
    - $40.00 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) OR $250.00 Security Deposit (refundable) required for each reservation.*
       *$350.00 Security Deposit (refundable) is required on ALL 6 bedroom homes; Damage Waiver will not be offered on 6 bedroom homes.
  • All major credit cards accepted.
  • Pets are NOT ALLOWED except on listed PET FRIENDLY HOMES. Failure to comply will result in a $500.00 charge and eviction from the home.
  • SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY HOME.
  • Pool heat is complimentary from October 1st through April 30th.
    (Pool temperatures can vary depending on weather conditions and time of year. Florida Spirit will not be liable for pool water temperatures because weather conditions are not controllable.)  
  • Pool heat is NOT complimentary in the summer season (May1st through September 30th).
  • Spa heat (where applicable) is complimentary year round. 
  • POOL HEAT IS NOT included on certain specials and promotions, please refer to the special terms when reserving a home with a special or discount.
  • RVs, commercial vans, buses, and trailers are NOT permitted at any home and will be towed at the guest's expense.
